Cake

I am experimenting with "healthy" cake recipes. Cutting the sugar, using different types of flour, eliminating butter, etc...And by "healthy" I mean to imply using more wholesome, nutrient rich ingredients while keeping the flavor. A healthy cake that could maybe "pass" for a more indulgent version. So I am not sure that tonight's chocolate cake would meet my criteria of healthy, I did use whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 cup of sugar total. No icing, just sprinkled a little powered sugar. Tasted pretty good.
